At ToyBox Puppies LLC, every puppy adoption is a serious commitment. Unlike purchasing a product, adopting a puppy is a lifelong responsibility. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds on our puppies.

Important Information for Buyers

• Commitment Required

A puppy is a living, breathing companion—not a product that can be returned like clothing or household items. We encourage every family or household to carefully consider the decision together before purchasing.

• Health Guarantee & Care Instructions

Each puppy is sold with a written Health Guarantee and instructions for care. The buyer is expected to follow these directions to ensure the puppy’s well-being.

• Customer Responsibility for Returns

In rare cases where a puppy must be returned, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, which may include but are not limited to:

• A Healthy Puppy Exam performed by our licensed veterinarian

• Any treatments, care, or expenses necessary if the puppy’s condition is due to neglect, lack of proper care, or failure to follow our health guarantee guidelines

• No Refunds

Purchase fees are non-refundable. If a puppy is returned, ToyBox Puppies LLC will make every effort to rehome the puppy responsibly, but financial reimbursement will not be provided.
